Asphalt Marcher offers the Callendars Peel-Bak system as a hi-tech/low cost solution to replacing and maintaining life-expired and leaking asphalt flat roofs at one third the cost of a new one. Peel-Bak specifications: • the underlay membrane, designed to make a peelable bond that provides adequate resistance to wind uplift yet enables removal without damaging the asphalt, is bonded directly to your existing asphalt roof. • the waterproofing membrane is bonded in bitumen to the underlay membrane by the torch-on method. • at the end of its service life the system is simply "peeled back" and replaced extending the life of your asphalt roof indefinitely without the need for costly re-roofing. • is covered by a full materials and labour guarantee for the first 12 years. Total life expectancy is at least 20 years. • saves you the cost of temporary roof structures whilst stripping off the existing asphalt and can be installed during winter meaning minimum disruption. • waterproofing membrane is available in a plain sand-surfaced finish or four coloured mineral finishes of white, cork, green, and blue/gray. • also suitable for use on existing Built-Up roofing systems (BUR).  |
